Design and Valorize HR Chatbot
Designed a chatbot for Orange Telecommunications that facilitates sick leave claim and declaration process between HR and employees. The virtual assistant allows employees to declare their leaves and also helps in sending medical certificates.
▪ Responsible for writing use cases and specifications
▪ In a team of 3 people, designed scenarios with sick leave declaration
▪ Improved text recognition of the NLP algorithm by adding training data according to the scenarios
▪ Increased end-user adoption of the chatbot by developing a chatbot personality with social intents

▪ Negotiated with clients, particularly with the Ministry of Education. As a result of my work, contracts worth more than 1.2 million euros were concluded.
